Near excellent edges with a few very mild crinkles and one ¼” tear on the top near the spine through all pages – a little extra wear near the tear on the back. Minimal corner wear with a few small, very mild, diagonal creases. There is a touch of scuffing here and there on the front, most is hard to see unless the light hits it just right – there is a tiny abrasion in the bottom left corner. The back surface is quite nice. Inner Pages: No markings – the music is clean throughout. Excellent color. The inner sheet (pp 3 & 4) just a touch more wear along the right edge but no additional tears. Spine: 99.9% intact. Repairs: None. Rating Scale from 1 to 10 (7 = average for a sheet’s age): solid 8 (9 would be a nice store remnant). This is a very nice sheet, common or otherwise, and it is NOT common.
