I have literally never had a problem with it, just wanted to upgrade. I have the original box, even the sticker they included with it, power cable and I'm tossing in the under desk mount that I've used. It will NOT come with any usb, hdmi or other cables or monitor/peripherals. Particularly since this one has the 16gb of memory, it's still such a fast and excellent computer for anyone who is not doing crazy intensive video processing! Computer will be factory reset, disconnected from all iCloud accounts, and ready for a new owner!
