Description: APT. 9 MODERN FIT ladies black abstract flat front dress pants. Two front pockets under waistband and two back pockets. Made of 71% polyester, 27% rayon and 2% spandex. Size is 12. Please double check measurements given to ensure fit. Unstretched waist is 33 1/2", rise measures 9 1/2", hips are 42" and inseam is 31 1/2". Excellent pre-owned condition. I have lots of other great ladies items for sale so please check out my other store listings! I do have 3 cats. If you are highly allergic to cats you may be best to error on the safe side and not bid. However, I do my best to remove any stray pet hairs before I package your items, but if I miss a few, please try to be understanding. There is also smoking here but I include a slip of dryer sheet in every package. If you are highly allergic to smoke, please error on the safe side and look for another pair.
