There is an up charge for these cabs because of the pi 3b+ shortage and they are not being produced until after the shortage ends. This is our custom arcade1up 2 player upgrade kit that includes everything needed to upgrade your arcade cabinet. This includes a replacement real wood control panel with factory matching graphics and t molding, 2 Sanwa Joysticks and 16 LED button package installed, 1 logitech 2 speaker and sub woofer setup, 2 usb encoders installed, a raspberry pi 4 - 4gb (if you have a cabinet that comes with a vertical screen we include a pi 3b+), Samsung U3 128gb SD card which is set and ready to plug and play, official pi power adapter, pi micro hdmi to hdmi and all parts are official pi parts. We will send instructions and pictures on how to easily upgrade the arcade1up in 30 minutes and we are also available for support via phone if needed. These kits arrive all put together so unlike those other kits that you can order and you have to install everything into the panel yourself. This is a much easier solution and takes minimal time. You will only need to swap your control panel with the new one and connect the pi, lcd board and speakers. Our mod kits also come with custom pi 4 images. This includes custom intro videos and themes to match your Arcade1up cabinet. There is no one on the market who offers this but us. Our pi images are designed to give each cabinet its own unique feel with multiple themes and videos to choose from that we design and customize for you. Our overlays are a 10 mil polycarbonate that is fade resistant and stain resistant.
