This set is missing the hexagon overlay sheet for the maps, and all 24 maps have the lower blank border trimmed from them and they have a single clean pinhole at the top of every page (this was to enable posting it as a complete seamless map on a bulletin board), with NO rips or tears.The maps are extremely detailed and even identify individual lot lines. As a bonus I will include the C&S Gamemaster's Shield from Judges guild, excellent condition!
