Description: This sale is for the passenger's side lift assist arm used on ARE's fiberglass LSII and LSX fiberglass tonneau covers. This arm connects the fiberglass cover to the frame rails. The gas prop (hydraulic piston) attaches to this bracket for easy opening and closing of cover. ARE part number 17883 Please make sure you order the correct side as there is a difference between the driver and passenger side lift assist arms. This kit includes everything shown here which would be the arm assembly and the bolt used to secure the arm to the frame rail of the cover.
