Description: A pair of bronze bookends, possibly made by the Armor Bronze Company in the early 1900s. One bookend is a Chinese girl seated reading a book and the other is a Chinese boy leaning with books on the ground. The bases appear to be hollow metal painted to look like marble and measure (inches) 6.5 x 3 x 6 (LxWxH). Combined weight is about 9 pounds. Condition notes: The glue holding the boy to the top of the upright is loose and the base of the girl appears to have been repaired (see photo). These came from the estate of a family member.
