Description: This is a custom modified ATN scope for use with 50 Caliber long range shooting this the only setup that will allow you to record what is seen in the view finder, is great for training and making video’s also shooting using the monitor so there’s no risk of getting scope eye. The scope and ABL 1500 are water resistant/dust resistant. The monitor is NOT. You need rifle that has at least 11 inch long Picatinny rail The Ryobi 4Ah battery powers the Monitor directly. You can recharge both the AA scope batteries and ABL CR2 Battery off of the Ryobi Via USB converter. Off a fully charged 4Ah you will be able to recharge AA & CR bats + power the Monitor for about 7 hrs. I did not due much night stuff so your getting just the stock IR light NO CR123 batteries included. Please Note as of the time of this listing this is the ONLY scope that has built in barometer, altimeter, temperature sensors and 1500 yard range finder. All new ATN scopes must have the info entered manually and are limited to 1000 yrd range. ABL is zeroed and ballistics are set up for Lake City 620 grain 50 BMG.I will include all the ballistic coefficients for 50 BMG bullets. I made this as field useble as possible so if your looking to throw this setup and your riffle in the truck put it together fire your 1st shot and hit the target past 900 yards (of course after rifle is zeroed to scope) plus get some nice video the this set up is your best chance. I spent about 2 years finding parts building and testing (the fun part). A lot of hours went into this not as easy as I thought it would be. I will not be building any more of these. What’s Included : 1 ATN X-sight HD 5x20 with 64 GB SD card and custom HDMI cable1 ABL 1500 with lens cover and QD mount installed 1 Shimbol Momory I 5.5 inch monitor with 32GB card touch screen protector installed2 Picatinny rail to camera adapters2 Ryobi 4.0Ah batteries 1 Ryobi 18 volt battery charger 115 volts8 Kentli AA Batteries 4 CR4 batteries 1 115 volt wall Kentli AA Fast charger1 USB Kenlti AA slow charger 1 115 volt wall Charger CR21 USB charger CR21 rail mount IR Light1 24 inch HDMI extension cable with 90 adapter1 P743 USB power adapter With custom power led/power cable 1 Battery monitor stand 1 pelican caseManuals/quick start Tips tricks & Bugs ATN X-sight 5 to 20x has max range of 1640 yards if you use the lager reticle style this will reduce your range as when bottom of cross hair reaches the bottom of the screen it will say target unreachable. So use smaller Reticle. There is a BUG if you hook up HDMI cable before powering scope ON with Monitor OFF scope locks up you will have to remove AA batteries press power button for 30 seconds then reinstall AA. It best to power up scope and monitor 1st before HDMI plug in.Kentli Batteries have chip that maintains 1.5 volts till cell is depleted. So you will have NO idea state of charge you should get about 5 to 7 hrs out of fully charged, Battery ABOVE 40 degrees Below 30 Kenlti Li-On will get less time. I would keep a set of alkaline batteries on hand but you will not be able to use Wifi or record video internal to scope. Bluetooth will still work. Note: that if batteries are left in scope they will be drained after 4 to 5 months never leave alkaline bats in scope as they will leak damaging scope. There is A 64 GB SD card in the scope. Scope has latest Firmware there will be no new updates as ATN has discontinued support for this device. The cable is water tight and is glued to scope this his is to prevent damage to HDMI connection. (I found only short use in the field without custom connector HDMI port Failed to work.) To transfer Video from scope SD to PC go to Gallery in scope play back video …. then press F1 on monitor to record to SD chip in monitor. Syicing to iPhone Via WiFi to view video is Laggi unusable and drains battery fast. Don’t waste your time.720P or 1080P Scope is set up for 1080P if you don’t like “jello” and want 60 FPS you will need to do reset and re-zero everything make sure to zero ABL at least 100 yrds. You can’t use night mode in 720P. ( I tried switching between 720 and 1080 and throws off rangefinder and zero) so you need to setup for one or the other. To Range find turn ABL switch on, hold steady, press power button on scope momentarily you should see new range. Turn ABL off. I found if you have reflective surface you can range 1400 yards, but 1000 yrds average in poor conditions.Note: When you turn on monitor the scope screen will go blank. When plugging power cable into monitor you may see spark this is just capacitor charging. Make sure you turn OFF Recoil Activated Vid. when Zeroing scope or will not zero right !!!! Recoil activated video did not work for me on the GM6 Lynx (maybe due to soft recoil ??). Make sure once ZEROED write down X. &. Y. in case you reset scope. I found if you take scope off riffle and put back on it will hold zero point. To get best video I recommend strapping down the riffle to minimize recoil bounce or/and use of suppressor. Press F2 on monitor then adjust focus on scope for max color (focus peaking) then once done press F2 again. Press F1 for HDR for max brightness and contrast. Don’t forget to press record on the scope and F1 to record on the monitor before shooting. Keep HDMI cables ends dry and clean. if fails to word clean with rubbing alcohol.Ballistics are by fare the hardest part I recommend reading APPLIED BALLISTICS FOR LONG RANGE SHOOTING 3RD Edition by Bryin Litz and Bulletseeker Mach 4 is great for getting bullet speed. Try to keep unknown factors to minimum. Note: that compass is not that accurate so just point the scope to the direction wind coming from then enter that into the environments settings.Note that Ryobi makes solar charger and 12 volt charger if you plan on being off grid for some time. You can use battery stand to hold both the the monitor and scope install black thumb screw 1st to hold monitor then the red thumb screw 2nd use picatinny strip to mount scope. This is a great set up so you don’t have to lug riffle around. Case is set up so all the stuff you need in the field will be there but the 120 battery chargers will not fit.If HDMI connections get wet use rubbing alcohol to clean let dry and should work quickly.
