This is a hard-to-find, early 1990s vintage Disney fairytale character doll's fashion accessory piece designed for an approximately 1/6 or 1:6 play scale Barbie-type doll. The gold tone faux metallic necklace is made of a textured cloth material with a "v" front design. It opens and closes in the back with a Velcro fastener. Your fashion doll could look like royalty while wearing this regal jewelry. It may fit with Mattel, Hasbro, or Tyco's Disney Princesses, Barbie, Barbie doll's teen sister Skipper, or their similar body-style fashion doll or action figure friends. This replacement accessory piece is a genuine Mattel item, and is like the one worn by Princess Aurora from Walt Disney's animated Sleeping Beauty video movies. It originally came with a circa 1991 Disney Classics Sleeping Beauty Barbie-type doll. Please note that this auction is for the one item described only, and dolls and other display props or accessories are not included. It may not fit all doll body types. It could be used as a model to customize for your own one-of-a-kind (OOAK) custom repaint or clothing or art and craft creations.
