Description: This is a handmade item and probably from an old belt. This band just slips onto the hat. I will leave it up to the buyer how to secure onto the hat as it does not have anything to secure it. The rivet shown has no purpose for the band which is why i assume it is made from an old belt and also the stitching together of it. It is 24 inches around.
