The buyer is responsible for requesting and purchasing shipping insurance if desired. Crating of large or heavy items that cannot be sent in a cardboard box is available for an additional fee. We ship smaller items by UPS, Fed Ex or USPS at your preference. Larger or heavier items that cannot be sent by these carriers may be picked up, or freight arrangements made by the buyer. We do not have loading equipment on hand for heavy items, but can provide referral to local contractors.
