Description: B&H Limoges Hand Painted Golden Pheasant & Gold 9 3/4 Inch Plate C. 1890s Antique French porcelain plate. Decorated with a hand painted golden pheasant over a yellow and orange background. Gold gilding along the edge. Marked Limoges France in green and B & H Limoges France in red. This is an overglaze decorator's mark used by Blakemen & Henderson during the 1890s. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 9 3/4 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
