Stand is Steel with PVC wheels, it has multiple adjustment to fit a skinny road racing tire to a fat cruiser tire. This is one of my favorite stands for my Wood Wheel Bikes widely used in our showroom. The stand has approximately a 12" x 12" foot print an can be used on the rear or front wheel.
