Description: Bill Wyman Personally Owned Rolling Stones “Big Hits High Tide & Green Grass” 8 Track Tape Bill Wyman is famous for being a founding member of The Rolling Stones and is a truly iconic bass player with decades of touring and recording with one of the most iconic rock bands of all time. But, he also was an incredible collector of Rolling Stones memorabilia over the course of the bands career. Many of the items he collected over the decades we kept in what he calls his “Rolling Stones Archive” and some of these items he even displayed to the public in his Rolling Stones Museum/British Dining Establishment “Sticky Fingers” in London, which he owned and operated for 32 years. This item comes directly from Bill Wyman’s personal collection. The Rolling Stones were given many promotional items and items of Rolling Stones merchandise throughout their career. Bill Wyman was interested, from the very earliest days of the band, in hanging onto it and keeping it in his collection which he calls his Rolling Stones Archive. Very good condition, some light signs of wear from age, but overall looks really good. Bill Wyman has handwritten a catalog number in black ink on a sticker on the tape. I don’t own an 8 Track player, so I have not tried to play this tape. But I will leave it up to the new owner if you should try to play it or not. So I am selling this purely as a piece from Bill Wyman’s personal collection. Comes proof of authenticity including all paperwork from original sale, which includes and image of the item and copy of certificate of authenticity. Please message me with any questions.
