The condition of this most interesting hard covered book is good for its age. The covers, edges, corners and spine have minor wear. The covers have some discoloration and the spine end has fading. The pages are tanned and light foxing was noted. The illustrations are all most all black and white. There are a few color photographs. No marks were noted. Just inside the front cover is the previous owner’s name written in ink. The title page and the front page have slight wavy. The binding is good and tight. The book does not have a dust jacket. What a super book abut hunting dogs and the sporting breeds!!! The author has a chapter on each breed. My favorite is the “Brittany.” They are a hard working, very bright full of energy hunting dog!!!!! This book is a must for any hunting owner or dog lover!!!!!!
