Description: In good antique condition with cover wear in the form of discolorations, as well as soft corners and spine ends. The inside front cover and 1st page have many children's names written in ink. The 3rd page has a tear on the bottom half near the binding. There are some age spots and small tears on some of the pages, and the title page and the page with the date of production are missing. The spine has partially come away from the binding in both the front and back of the book, but still attached. The rest of the pages are secure.
