Description: This is an extremely high quality Italian black leather document folder / portfolio. The zipper's pull tag is marked with the initials "J. S.". The snaps are impressed "CA PI CA Pagova". Pagova is the Italian name for the city of Padua. I was not successful identifying the maker of this exquisite piece (if you know, please drop me a message!). What I can tell you is EVERYTHING in the estate from which this came is finest quality. Other items offered from the same estate came from Hermes, Aresti, Prada, Montblanc, Smythson, Bruno Magli, Ferragamo, and Erto. This gentleman bought the highest-end luxury items. This black document bag / portfolio features a side zipper which runs on 3 sides. It opens up like a book. There are numerous interior pockets and slots for business cards, papers, writing pads, note books, etc. The previous owner's initials are monogrammed as photographed ("C. G. B.".). This piece has a lovely high polish. I would say this is full grain cow hide. It has the right smell of high-end leather (not chemical). Very supple. Dimensions: 15.5" x 11" x 1"Condition: Excellent giftable condition. Most notable issue is previous owner's monogram on interior ("CGB"). Item appears unused. No exterior or interior dirt, scratches, discoloration, smells, stains, tears, or mentionable issues. Zipper and snaps function as intended.
