This is considered a CGC 10 under their new grading scale implemented since the black label grading era. 9.5 grades no longer exist and any CGC blue label era 9.5 is now considered the same as a CGC black label era 10. All graded cards are CGC blue label era grading, which was known for being extra strict in comparison to the new black labels and automated grading system!
