I check them for holes and stains before I ship. I wash my clothes with arm & hammer. They have not been around and will not smell like smoke or mildew. I live on a farm so there are animals. I also have indoor dogs that like to shed. I try to keep the hair off the clothes, but sometimes I will lay something on my bed and it will pick up a hair. I do not sell things I would not buy.
