Description: For sale here is an early, antique, blown in mold, embossed, aqua, Pre-Prohibition, blob top with crude applied lip, beer bottle. Smith & Sweeney, Middletown, NY in slug plate. Likely dates to the 1880s. About 9.25 inches tall. Has a small inner lip ding, a tiny internal crack in the side and a small ding on the heel. Scratches and wear plus overall stain, haze and rust spots. Could use a tumble. Great piece of history regardless. Please review photos before bidding/purchasing.
