The pre-heaters are very high efficiency 6,000 watts per side for a total of 12,000 watts.The fluid sections, (Pressure Cylinders) are a very simple High volume/ High Flow design. The pumps have bigger cylinders and longer connecting rods, so the machine does not lose pressure when you start to spray, unlike other machines in the market. The SFE-6/12K Electrical system is a very simple 240V single phase system. We have no boards to go bad and no sensitive electrical devices to malfunction. All electrical is breaker and relay design which gives the user a machine that is very easily repaired if needed. The SFE-6/12K heating elements are much larger than competitive machines, and are capable of heating more material faster than other Proportioners.
