The crate also had a label on it that said SpeedFam-IPEC. This unit is believed to be used and possibly refurbished though it does have some slight rust on the robot's interface panel and some corrosion on the controller. The unit powers up but we do not have anyway to test it after that. It came from a major polisher/grinder rebuild company.
