Description: Buy with confidence! Our Bucephalandra has been growing submerged in low tech tanks for anywhere from 2-3 months to 5+ years. These plants do not need a high tech environment to grow, but like any plant C02, fertilizers, good lighting will help their colors come out better and new leaves to grow faster. Bucephalandra is a rhizome plant, this means you do not want to bury it, you want to place it on the substrate/decoration and allow the roots to grow into the substrate. Pictures are our best representation of available types, but like all plants there is variation within different pieces. You are not buying the exact piece shown, this picture is for illustrative purposes only. You will receive 25+ individual Rhizomes If there are any issues with the plant upon arrival please reach out within 2 hours of stated delivery time, with pictures that show the issue. A little bit of leaf melt is common during transit, and when transitioning to a new tank. As long as the rhizome does not turn to mush the leaves will grow back.
