Description: Buck Rogers and the Super-Dwarf of Space (1943, Whitman Publishing Company, All Picture Comics) - This nifty little hardcover measures approx. 3 1/2" x 4 1/2" and contains a black and white Buck Rogers tale from almost 80 years ago, the Golden Age of comic books. This issue grades about 4.0 VG/4.5 VG+. The cover, which has retained ok reflectivity, and all pages, which are cream-colored with tanning edges, are attached. The front cover has a chipped top left-hand corner, there is some wear, rounding and color loss at the top right-hand corner, the bottom left-hand corner and spine have an approx. 1/8" tear, the bottom edge and right-hand lower edge has some color loss, the bottom right-hand corner is bent inward and has some color loss; the spine is slightly splitting on the inside cover, "1942" is written in pencil on the inside cover and "2-43" "JA" and "10" on the right-side page; the spine has an approx. 1/2" tear at the top left-hand edge and color loss at the bottom left-hand corner; the back cover top and bottom left-hand corners are bent inward and the right-hand edge has some color loss; a series of numbers are written in pencil next to five of the character names.
