Burleigh Arden Blue Teacup & Saucer Staffordshire England

Description: This listing is for a Burleigh Blue Arden teacup and saucer. The Arden Blue intricate cobalt blue hawthorn branch and flower motif is stunning! The cup measures approximately 2.5" tall and 3.5" wide. The saucer is just over 5.75" wide and 1" tall. The cup holds 187ml which equivalent to 6.32 ounces This is pre-owned from an estate sale and in really nice condition. It doesn't look it was used. I have 2 sets available, and the condition is the same. They are both from the same estate sale. There are a few small unglazed spots on the underside of the saucer. I noticed the same on Burleigh soup bowls which I will be listing (from same estate sale) that still have tags attached. I found the following on Burleigh's website: "These marks are where they have been supported with kiln furniture. Plates and dishes are supported in three spots with pins - this suspends them and prevents them from sticking to each other." I assumed it was from the kiln process because it's the same on both teacup sets purchased and the same on the soup bowls. Please see the last photo. It's hard to photograph. I didn't notice this at first and it doesn't affect the appearance of the set. I am very picky and do the best I can to give the most accurate descriptions.
