c1879 St. Stephen (Ohio?) manuscript postmark 3ct banknote cover [H.753]

Description: 1879 or so manuscript postmarked cove from St. Stephen, addressed to River Styx, Ohio. No state designation; date is on the stamp; I can't quite match this up with a PO listing anywhere though there is a Saint Stephens in Ohio in this period (Seneca County, 1876-1957) and that's as good a guess as any.
