Cabbage Patch Kids Jesmar Teal Eyes Custom Designed Outfit

Description: This vintage 1985 Cabbage Patch doll was made in Spain by Jesmar. Her hair is pink-beige and her eyes are a beautiful teal colour. She is in absolutely amazing condition. I did some light restorations on her and made her a unique outfit to wear. I imagined this outfit as sort of a figure skating outfit. She has extremely soft and fluffy white micro fleece tights and arm warmers. Her purple capped sleeve top has an asymmetrical tie at the side and a full low-snag Velcro closure on the back. She has a furry white hair tie to bring her outfit together. The outfit is more fashion focused rather than on function- just in the sense that the tights only have 2-way stretch so are quite tricky to take on and off. For this reason - along with the shirt being a bit delicate in the tie area- I wouldn’t recommend this doll for a child. I made the tie off to such a fine point that there is some fraying at the tips. If you would prefer stretch nylons for her I can also swap them out (they will be white but not as opaque… and they won’t be fluffy). I couldn’t resist making the tights despite this - the material is just so soft and snuggly feeling and it gave me Christmas warm fuzzy feelings. From a smoke, pet, and perfume free home.
