Description: Camille Paglia Vamps & Tramps New Essays 1994 Paperback Description Up for sale is a 1994 paperback edition of Camille Paglia's New Essays: Vamps & Tramps. This book was sitting on a shelf for the past three decades collecting quite a bit of dust on it. I managed to clean it up as best as I could, but there are still some signs of yellowing on the cover as well as on the pages; which came about mainly from age and/or storage for that matter. The cover has developed quite a few creases on it and is slightly bent out of shape from being lugged around. Some of the pages on the inside also have some slightly bent corners as well. This book was published by Vintage Books, a division of Random House, Inc. in New York and has a total of 532 numbered pages to it. For some odd reason the eBay catalog seems to list a few more pages for this publication, but perhaps that's related to the hardcover edition? I really have no idea why this is. In addition to the creases and other noticeable wear on the cover, there is also some spotting here and there on the pages in addition to the overall yellowing, that is. Despite these cosmetic blemishes, the book is still in pretty good condition and still legible for any and all parties interested. There's also a few illustrations in it as well.
