The camera secures to the cage using 1/4"-20 screws on the bottom and the sides, and rubber paddings on the base prevent metal-to-metal contact. Multiple anti-twist 1/4"-20 accessory mounts allow for attachments of various accessories, and prevent accessories from twisting. A cold shoe mount on the cage can accept an external monitor or shotgun microphone. Integrated NATO rail connections on the sides can accept NATO compatible accessories. An integrated Arca-type plate can slide the cage-equipped camera onto a compatible tripod or stabilizer.
