OFDCs offered four configurations: a single, a pair, a block and an inscription block.The 1971 Christmas issue offered an additional configuration: a combination OFDC. A combination cover is offered when more than one stamp design on the same theme is issued on the same day, whether the different designs are on several panes pr all on one pane (se-tenant), and consists of a single stamp of each design.As pf 1979.07.03 OFDCs were no longer offered in pairs (except coil/roll pairs) and blocks due to insufficient demand. Only single, inscription blocks and combination OFDCs were produced.Since 1990, single OFDCs were no longer offered for an issue of more than one design.The initial Post Office price of OFDCs was set at 20 cents above the face value of the stamps on the OFDC.
