Description: Offered for sale is a Candlewick Candleholder in the RARE Viennese Blue color that was only made during the 1930's. The "Candlewick" pattern of Elegant Depression Glass was manufactured by the Imperial Glass Company from 1936-1984. Luckily, due to the color, you can rest assured that this candlestick is from the 1930's. I identified this pattern in the excellent reference book "Elegant Glassware of the Depression Era" by Cathy and Gene Florence (copyright 2009, 13th edition). It is exciting to find Candlewick in the gorgeous light blue color - believe me, when you find this color, you should grab it. I have 8 inch luncheon plates in blue listed on eBay on a separate listing. This candleholder stands 3 1/2 inches tall and is referred to as a rolled edge candle stick. The condition is EXCELLENT with no chips, no cracks, and no discoloration. Please view all of the photos and take advantage of this amazing piece of Candlewick!! Please see all of the photos, check my feedback, and ask any questions before making a purchase. You will be quite pleased with this difficult-to-find glass!!
