This was originally part of the HAUNTED HALLOWEEN set. Cute little figure is a candy dispenser and meant to dispense NERDS brand candy (or similarly sized). CANDY NOT INCLUDED. Lift up it’s 'mask' on the front to reveal a hole to get the candy out, and a sliding hatch on the bottom to load it up. My well-cared for collection comes from a non-smoking home.
