Description: CASE XX USA 6 Dot 1974 stamp. Pattern 3185 “Doctor’s Knife” at 3-1/2” closed.Brass liners and pins. The blade steel is CV (carbon) steel.The blade has strong snap, no wobble.Yellow Delrin handles.The handles have no cracks or damage. A mint knife - never sharpened, carried, or cleaned. Original factory finish and edge. Included is the vintage Case “pumpkin” box shown in the photos that originally held six of the 3185 pattern.
