Merchandise must be returned within 10 days (21 days for international orders) of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer EXCEPT if an item is damaged* or we shipped the wrong item. In that case, you may be asked to ship the item back at your expense via a method that we specify, and we will credit your account for the return shipping costs at a maximum of equal to what we paid to ship it to you only.
