Cosmetics-Clean overall with some general wear. Looks like it was not used much. Operationally the handle torque adjustment turns smoothly. The ratchet head inside gears through are badly damaged and stripped. See photos. Also one of the mount screws that holds the head together is stripped. Good for for someone who likes a project. See lots of photos of what you are getting. Sold AS IS. Includes the wrench, creased up manual sheet, creased up calibration sheet, and case seen above. The case has some wear, dirt residue, and a burn on the bottom edge. See last photos above. Nothing else is included. Will be well packed for safe shipping.
