Description: Chamberlain Worcester Knight Platter This great ornate hand painted armorial knight platter features a gilt and turquoise design with armorial Knight painted to top. It is almost certainly Chamberlain Worcester however is unmarked other than painter's mark and I have not located another example. Early to mid 19th Century. The body is of Well and Tree Design with a stand to base. Please check the measurements as it is huge and heavy. Guaranteed to accomodate any size turkey! Approx. 3.5" H X 16" W X 21"L Condition: Corner broken and reglued, hairline to side, possible restoration to end, minor imperfections to be expected with age.
