Description: This is, as far as I can tell, a late 80's/early 90's Charvel Model 375, made in Japan-the neck plate has the serial #322015 as you can see in the pics above. I'm guessing on the year and the model based upon other pictures of this era of Model 375's mostly due to the Schaller Floyd Rose licensed bridge and the pickup configuration & spacing; trying to find exact information via the serial number has been tricky. This is obviously a very unique instrument-modified by it's previous owner to look like a sort of "Frankenstein Monster" guitar. It's also been fitted with EMG active pickups. The trem was blocked off when I received it, but it's been unblocked and I've installed a brand new Schaller whammy bar. It's got a very smooth, flat radius neck and it's set up with .009s-it's a real shred machine! There are some flaws and blemishes-my understanding is that this guitar was gigged with quite a lot. It has a hairline fracture at the top of the neck going up to the headstock. It hasn't gotten any worse since I've had the guitar and it doesn't effect playability at all. There are some dings and finish wear/buckle rash as well. I added a 9-volt retainer clip to keep the battery for the active pickups from falling out, but unfortunately the screws were a bit long and they came through the other side of the body a bit. You can see all of this in the pics above.I'm including a (generic, not original) hard shell case that I got with the guitar as well as some strap locks.YouTube Demo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UY6LI2JDXQA (copy/paste it, I'm not sure how to embed videos or links here)
