They are harvested from the fields, soaked overnight, rinsed and added to sanitized jars. Next, water is added (some have lemon juice and/or sea salt). Lastly, each jar is cooked in batches in a gigantic pressure cooker. How long are the beans good for after opening? Refrigerate after opening and use within 5 days. Can I eat your beans right out of the jar? Rinsing is optional. Our beans are packed in the cooking liquid and can be eaten right out of the jar or rinsed per your preference.
