Description: Authentic jianzhan tenmoku jian-ware wujin black glaze handmade tea bowl This is a classic tenmoku tea bowl used for whisking matcha in Song dynasty. This tea bowl was handmade with traditional Jianzhan high iron clay and glaze that could only be found in Jianyang, Jian ware's home town. Its glaze pattern is called Wujin (乌金), one of the most classic traditional Jianzhan patterns. It literally means black and golden glitter; it appears to be mainly black but there are countless little shinning spots when it is under light. Please note it is relatively heavy due to the high iron content in clay. weight: 370 gvolume: 380 ml I bought it from the artist's dealer. Never used. I am happy to combine shippings! Please check out my store. I have many tea wares that are mainly never used or lightly used. I am a tea lover and I have collected too many tea wares. I need to make room for more! Please feel free to contact me with any question you have. Have a nice day :D
