Description: This is a listing for for the Cisco IP Phone Model 6921. All units are identical except for differing serial numbers and have been tested to work at the time of shipping. All units come with the SIP firmware, version 9.4(1)SR3 which is the most current SIP firmware for these Cisco 6921 phones as of 08/04/2020. If you require the SCCP firmware, you will need to convert the unit yourself. We will not provide assistance in converting any of these phones to the SCCP firmware.All units will be reset to factory defaults and any configs and/or memory will be cleared prior to shipping.These units are powered by PoE (Power over Ethernet). You must have a PoE network switch for these IP Phones to power on, otherwise you will need a separate power adapter Cisco PN# CP-PWR-CUBE-3 (NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS LISTING). This unit will work out of the box with Cisco Call Control Systems such as Call Manger version 7.1.5 or greater and Call Manager Express. This unit may be compatible with 3rd party call control systems or IPPBXs but the seller can not verify nor guarantee 3rd party support. It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify compatibility with their 3rd party system before ordering. The seller will not accept returns of this item for incompatibility reasons.
