Description: Are you ready to rock? Well you're in luck today, as we have up for grabs a big bundle of great music DVDs from ten amazing rock artists! First up is the mighty Led Zeppelin, and their two DVD set titled 'DVD'! It's awesome, and is live clips from 1970 through 1979. With a few extras! And your choice of stereo, surround sound, or Dolby Digital 2.0 options. This is really, really awesome, and shows the power of Zeppelin live! Pink Floyd is represented today with their 'Delicate Sound of Thunder' concert, the show that coincided with the live album of the same name. Originally released in 1988, and was originally on VHS video tape. This is the first version on DVD, and is NTSC, and region free. SEVENTEEN classic Floyd tracks, performed live. Does it get any better than this? Shock rock pioneer Alice Cooper is here with a show called 'Welcome to My Nightmare', also the name of his 1975 (first) solo album. The wild and crazy world of Alice Cooper performs for 109 minutes, and includes several of the hits (up to that point). Released in 1999. Another rock titan is Black Sabbath. Those guys are here, with the first reunion tour. (They played together a few times through the years, but never toured until 2013.) They released an album titled '13' in '13, and this was captured on the '13' tour. (I saw that tour, as well, and they were awesome!) The original drummer, Bill Ward, held out for more money, so he was told to stay home. Ozzy's drummer Tommy Clufetos drummed on the tour (Brad Wilk, from Rage Against the Machine, Audioslave, and Prophets of Rage played on the album '13'). Adam Wakeman, son of the keyboardist Rick Wakeman from Yes, was also on tour with Sabbath. (Adam's father Rick played on the album 'Sabbath Bloody Sabbath', and was paid in beer!) This is the deluxe edition with both a DVD and a CD of the show. Can't forget about AC/DC! That legendary band is here with their 'Live at River Plate' show, a concert recorded in Buenos Aries, and in front of nearly 200,000 screaming fans! It was the return to Argentia after thirteen years. This one is almost two and a half hours of face-melting AC/DC hard and bluesy rock and roll, with a couple of very cool extras! Metallica is also here with a "ROCKumentary" called 'Some Kind of Monster'. It's all about the problems that the band faced around the 'St. Anger' album. They also needed a new bass player, as Jason Newsted had left the group. This is the deluxe TWO disc edition, with an extra disc of special features! Queen will rock you with their TWO disc 'Live at the Bowl' show! It's a smokin' show performed in the UK, at the National Bowl in Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire. The second disc includes interviews with the band, tour highlights from Japan and Australia, and a photo gallery. In 1999, Deep Purple performed with the London Symphony Orchestra. Several bands have done that through the years, including Kiss, Metallica, Aerosmith, Scorpions, and a few others. Purple did it TWENTY FIVE years ago! The show features several guest vocalists including Sam(antha) Brown, Ronnie James Dio, along with Purple singer Ian Gillan, and others. Lynyrd Skynyrd burst out of Florida in 1964, SIXTY years ago! By the 70s, the band started having big hits on the radio, and selling millions of records. A tragic plane crash in 1977 put everything on hold for many years, but the band returned in 1987 with several original members, and the bother of Ronnie Van Zant on lead vocals (Johnny Van Zant). Skynyrd performed in Germany in 1996, and that show is included today! They also add THREE live tracks from FIFTY years ago, in 1974, and also performed in Germany. It's the original lineup, and even features their legendary classic "Free Bird"! Last, we have a DVD from Jane's Addiction, and their 2009 show from the Voodoo Fest in New Orleans. I was actually at that show, and the reunion of Jane's Addiction was awesome! (Kiss also played that night.) Jane performed several tracks, and included a few big hits. Dave was really great, and Perry did an amazing job on vocals. Eric and Stephen held down the rhythm section like there was no tomorrow. A great show from Jane's Addiction, and an always fantastic music festival in the Big Easy around Halloween! Jane's Addiction is STILL SEALED and NEVER OPENED or PLAYED. The other discs look great. A few look new, and are still shiny and clean, and a few others have light surface marks on them. Nothing bad, or that will affect play. The cases all look great. The outer slipcover for Zeppelin has some wear on it. Overall, everything is in great shape, and ready to test your speakers! Jam out this holiday season with ten of the best and most awesome rock bands that ever existed! Shipping worldwide.
