It is Signed "HALLMARK CARDS, INC." and is from 1979. Cute brooch is solid hard plastic with raised brown outlines and yellow, beige, white & red coloring. It features an ADORABLE Cupid holding a Heart. 🥰 SWEEEEEET! :) Brooch measures approximately 1 7/8" x 1 5/8" x 3/16" and weighs about 0.2 oz. It has an open C-type clasp in working condition. There is some slight yellowing of the white on the bottom edge, due to age--and a teeny nick on the back bottom edge at the point of the heart (both barely visible).
