Author Biography Jonathan M. House, a former career army officer and political-military analyst for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, is professor of history at Gordon College in Georgia. He is the author of Military Intelligence, 1870-1991 and coauthor, with David Glantz, of The Battle of Kursh (see page 27) and When Titans Clashed: How the Red Army Stopped Hitler (see page 44).
