The book itself has little bumping on corners, else nice. With jacket- small tears at top and bottom of spine of jacket. Small tears along bottom of jacket. The jacket has some dirt on it- most of it will clean up but there is a little along the bottom of the back for example that looks to be more difficult to remove. Uncommon book.
