I believe this is the "Old Homestead" pattern and may date from the 1970s. Each piece is marked "Stainless Taiwan".There is a complete service for 8 (consisting of a 5-piece place setting with dinner fork, salad fork, soup spoon, teaspoon, dinner knife). There are also two butter spreaders and one sugar spoon included, plus 1 additional teaspoon. Total of 44 pieces.I have placed a ruler in some pictures for size reference.- 44 Pieces:(8) dinner forks. approx. 7 3/4" long(8) salad / dessert forks, approx. 6 3/4" long(8) dinner / soup spoons, approx. 7 3/8" long(9) teaspoons, approx. 6 3/8" long(8) dinner knives, approx. 81/4" long(1) sugar shell / spoon, approx. 6 1/8" long(2) butter spreader knife, approx. 6 7/8" longUsed, good clean condition. Wear consistent with normal usage. Light scratches overall. I felt around the edges and did not feel any rough spots or nicks. The dinner fork tines have light bends and one has more tine bends. Two dinner spoons have minor tarnish spots on the bowls, one dinner spoon has more spotting along a back rim, two dinner knives have little spots on the blades, and one butter knife has light tarnish on the back tip. Four teaspoons and three knives have more finish wear on the wood handles. A few handles may have light bends. One butter spreader has more blade scratches. I show samples of the most wear. No musty or smoke odor.This lot weighs over 2 1/4 lb together. Shipping weight 2-3 lb.
