This is a great and Authentic Historic Antique postmarked 1904 color printed-photo postcard of the Performers in Coney Island’s Legendary Midget City Opera House. Located in the heart of Dreamland, the Dwarf performers consisted of individuals of various heights and conditions of dwarfism. Some are dressed in formal wear, others in exotic ethnic costume. At center is a tall clown holding a violin. The colors are strong and evocative. The writing along bottom border is quite interesting and classic. It actually adds to the historic value. There are two creases on the left side, but not terribly noticeable due to the color. Otherwise the picture is in good vintage condition. It measures approximately 3 ½ x 5 ¼ inches!
