Description: Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage architectural watercolor painting done on artist board. We're not sure of they exact age, but judging by the cars in the artwork, we'd say somewhere around the '70s. The painting is signed with a symbol towards the lower right-hand corner (see photos). There is matting around the artwork, but it is unframed. Measurements: Including the matting, this piece measures approx. 22" tall x 35" wide. The visible artwork alone, excluding the matting, measures approx. 13.5" tall x 27" wide. Condition: Decent vintage condition, but there is some nominal superficial wear. There are a few areas where there are faint scuff marks from how the painting was stored by its previous owners. From a distance, it isn't glaring, but it is there. It can probably be touched up with relative ease, or it can just be left alone. It didn't particularly bother us, so we choose to leave it as it was acquired. The matting shows some light wear with some discoloration in areas - again, nothing major, but being noted.
