Description: Original Vintage 1950's Outfit Box ~ Cosmopolitan Ginger Fashion Box ~ Model # 446 -198 ~ BOX ONLY .. No Outfit or Doll. This is a vintage Cosmopolitan Box that was made for a Ginger's outfit. Included are the cardboard box lid and bottom. The box is printed but still vintage. The lid does have a clear plastic front with no breaks or cracks. It does have light wear / scratches and a few dirty spots. The cardboard does have a couple of browned spots from the original tape. There are no split corners on box top or bottom. The lid says Fashions for Ginger in red. There are silver vertical stripes on the lid with red edging. The front side panel is stamped 446-198. Most of the clothing were in Original Boxes / Package and will be listed shortly. This listing is for an original Cosmopolitan Fashions for Ginger Box from the 1950's. The box is one of the vintage ones that has the cardboard box top and bottom that have been printed. The lid has silver vertical lines with red edging. The top of the lid says Fashions for Ginger in red. The lid does have the clear cellophane or plastic front. There are no breaks, cracks or holes. There is light wear / scratches and some dirty spots. The lid does have a couple of brown spots from the original tape. The front side panel has the stamped model number of 446 - 198. There are no split corners. There is light wear on the corners / edges of the cardboard. The box bottom is red on the outside with minimal wear. There are no split corners on the box bottom. Overall .. it's a nice vintage box for a Cosmopolitan Ginger outfit that is looking for a new owner. I couldn't find the outfit in my research.
