A super strong rye bite, with the smoothness of an all-grain mash. This kit is designed to make a 5 gallon mash. (If you want more distillate, or at a higher ABV, you can add white sugar). The grain bill is 60% Malted Rye, 35% Corn, and 5% of Malted Distillers Barley. This works out to 6 pounds Rye, 3.5 pounds of cracked corn, and 1/2 pound of Distillers Malt Barley Plus you get 14 grams of our renowned & proprietary "Hidden Hollow Farms Distilling Yeast" & instructions.
