It does have average/normal wear from usage. It measures 3 1/2” x 2 1/4”, fits belts up to 1 3/4” wide and it is a hefty, rugged buckle weighing about 5-6 ounces.The embossed hand tooled leather belt is stamped 42 which I would say is the size.It has truck images on it as well as the custom personalized name, nick name or I believe the truckers CB handle.
